Measurable Magic.
Listening, collaborating, defining, identifying, focusing, planning, designing, conceptualizing, implementing, building and maintaining are all necessary actions of a design company, and no matter how you slice it, you need a dynamic process to manage these actions. Implementing best practices takes on a similar challenge. Businesses thrive on best practices. But, how do you keep best practices from becoming common practices? By incorporating factors that are not typically included in the process, but inherent just the same, things that are seemingly esoteric in nature that include foresight, intuition, identifying trends and understanding what is possible are the magical components that transform good design into great design.

Approach

We focus on the client's brand message and how it will translate to the target audience. Once the audience is defined we can create a clear project message with enormous impact.

Another mission critical element to our approach is maintaining a communication-based relationship with our clients during all phases of a project. We never underestimate that relationship by concluding that our ideas or designs are better than anyone else's. We respect our clients as equal partners that want to take an active role in a project, and treat them as informed, intellectual collaborators who want to achieve outstanding work.

Process

We do not have a "set-in-stone" process. There are no two projects that are alike. So why should the process be any different? Creating a standard process would only shoe-horn the project, leading to a cookie-cutter effect. You run the risk of cranking out the same work over and over again.

Rather, we listen to our clients needs, goals, preferred outcomes and future vision for the project. Then a dynamic process is built around it.
